Getting Started With Your Home Tasting

Tasting Set-up

• Choose your Themed Tasting
• Buy the Wines (some suggestions and shopping lists provided on the tasting pages)
• Chill the Wines if Necessary (whites, roses, and sparkling)
• Print up your tasting sheets (Glassware Sheet, Tasting Notes Worksheet, and WineInfo Sheet)
• Set up your glasses and prepare a dump/spit bucket
• Put out some crackers (or other food) and water to cleanse the palate
• For blind tastings, cover the bottles
