This is a limited production Pinot Grigio made from 15-20 year old low yielding vines high in the Dolomite Alps.
The color is a crystal,clear pale yellow green. The aroma is fragrant with fresh, ripe fruit of apples, pears, and some citrus. The flavors are the same along with a crisp acidity that balances the sweetness of the fruit making this a truly delightful wine that is easy to drink alone or with food.
This would pair well with antipasti, shellfish, Guacamole Chicken Salad, and other light pasta dishes.
